- Large Items & Pallet Deliveries: Larger items may arrive on a pallet. It's crucial that you inform us of any access issues to your property (e.g., narrow roads or difficult driveways). Our drivers will deliver the pallet as close to your property as their vehicle can safely reach.
- Important: Please note that for health, safety, and insurance reasons, our drivers are not permitted to carry items into your home.
- Missed Deliveries: If a delivery is scheduled and no one is present to accept it, an additional charge may be applied for redelivery. All goods will require a signature upon delivery.
