  • Condition matters: The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, complete with all the packaging and parts it came with. If it’s not, we may need to deduct some costs.
  • Return costs are yours: You’ll be responsible for the postage costs to return the item. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind!
  • Quick refund: We’ll process your full refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, or once you’ve provided proof of postage.
